Robey Theatre On-Line Ticket Purchase
Terms and Conditions
1. Customer must be 18 or have parental consent to purchase tickets online.
2. Customer agrees to comply with MPAA Rating guidelines for age admission. Robey
Theatre has the right to refuse entry if MPAA guidelines are violated. Customer may be
asked to show identification.
3. Online tickets must be used for the show time purchased. Robey Theatre will not honor
tickets for other show times except for the following reasons: technical fault, utility
outage, declared WV state of emergency, or severe storms making travel impossible.
4. Refunds will not be given for any reason. Exchanges only if proper conditions are met.
5. Robey Theatre has the right to refuse service if the management believes these terms
have been violated or if customer violates theatre rules. Robey Theatre may ask customer
to leave without refund in such cases.
6. By purchasing a ticket online you agree to these terms.
